Meatball With Cream Sauce Recipe
Cook meatballs – The meatball mixture is very simple consisting of ground or minced meat, garlic, egg, grated onions, paprika and breadcrumbs. You can make approximately 16 meatballs from the mixture. At this stage, you have two options to cook them, pan fry and bake. I prefer baking them for about 30 minutes with a light spray of cooking oil.
Cream sauce – This is just the classic version of the sauce. The recipe starts with sauteing onions and garlic. When the onions turn soft, simmer tomato paste, Dijon mustard and stock for about 3 minutes. To this, you’ll need to add the meatballs. Let this mixture thicken slightly before you add in sour cream.
