Chicken Tikka Sliders Recipe
Chicken tikka – These are grilled chicken bites marinated in a melange of spices. The grilling process gives it the charred taste and effect that’s very similar to the traditional tandoor oven.
Sauce – It’s just a simple mix of spices, onions, garlic, ginger, cream and herbs that complements with the amazing flavors of chicken tikka. The sauce is so vibrant and lip-smacking.
Assemble chicken tikka sliders – You’ll need one package of dinner rolls for this recipe. Cut the rolls horizontally into equal halves. Place the bottom half on a baking tray. Spread with a generous amount of sauce. Add a layer of cheese slices. Top with chopped chicken tikka. Sprinkle with plenty of grated mozzarella. Sliced onions and bell peppers are optional in this recipe. But I really like the gorgeous color and added nutrition. Sprinkle with chat masala. Now place the top half of dinner rolls over the veggies.
I like to brush the dinner rolls with a delicious mixture of butter and minced garlic. This imparts a beautiful buttery finish and flavor to the sliders. Pop this in the oven until the cheese melts.
