Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley leaves
- 1 small piece of butter
- 2 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with water and dried parsley leaves. Keep aside.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt butter. Pour egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. When one side is cooked, flip it over to cook the other side. Flip it again, and sprinkle grated cheese over the omelette. When the cheese starts to melt, fold omelette in half. Then transfer it to the serving plate. Serve with wholegrain toast.
