Key Ingredients In Cheese Christmas Tree
- Cheese – You can cut cheese into small triangles, but I used cheese triangles.
- Almond dried herbs mix – To create the green foliage, I used dried herbs mix including rosemary and thyme. The chopped almonds add the much needed crunch.
- Pomegranate arils – Christmas is incomplete without lights. The edible red pomegranates are perfect adding the color and subtle sweetness.
- Pretzel sticks – Cut them into small bits to add as tree stumps.
How To Make Cheese Christmas Tree
Prep the cheese – Here you have two options, slice your favorite cheese into small triangles, or buy cheese triangles like Laughing Cow. Dip one side of the cheese in almond-dried herb mix.
Add pretzel stumps – Place pretzel sticks to resemble tree stumps.
Add pomegranate arils – Place the arils on the trees to resemble red lights.
