As the whole world is adapting to unfamiliar routines and spending more time indoors, here’s a feel-good recipe to make your days brighter and happier.

Introducing no bake chocolate tart made with just 4 ingredients.

Whipping up a fancy treat has never been easier. Make a base with chocolate biscuits, pour in deliciously silky chocolate and let your imagination run wild.

Step 1: Make the base

Start with processing your favorite chocolate biscuits into fine breadcrumbs. It just needs a quick whizz in the food processor. Next up, pour in the binding ingredient - in this case, melted butter. The biscuit crumbs are combined with melted butter to make this beautiful base. Now all you need to do is press this mixture onto the base and sides of a tart tin. Place this in the refrigerator while you make the filling.

Step 2: Chocolate filling

The beautiful silky filling is a basic combo of cooking chocolate and cream. With the cooking chocolate, you can choose from milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, or a combo of dark and milk chocolate. To make this chocolate filling, add hot cream to chocolate. Make sure you don't boil the cream. Give it a gentle stir until the chocolate is melted and you get a silky smooth texture. Pour this onto the base of the tart. And refrigerate until set.

Step 3: Decorate

This is totally optional. To make this no bake chocolate tart really stunning, I’ve opted for dalgona sugar candy (recipe is in the notes section), chocolate squares, strawberry jelly and mint leaves.

Quickly pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place another baking paper on top. Place the pan on top of the second baking paper. Let it rest until the candy has cooled down and hardened. Use the back of a spoon to break it into small shards.
