This coriander mint chutney has been in my dreams for a while now. One of the best things with this chutney is its incredible flavor – obviously, the flavor of mint and coriander. And that’s what makes it a fabulous dip for any Indian appetizer. So, next time, when you decide to make an Indian meal, don’t forget to grind some coriander and mint leaves as well to make this beautiful chutney.
It is also delicious as sandwich spread and even as salad dressing. Who knows. This mint chutney is simply the best.
