This year, summer had been just as volatile as the financial market. If it’s really hot one week, then it’ll be pleasant and warm the next week. Now autumn is here, and the days are warm and sunny. The best part – I can still incorporate some of my favorite summer salads into the menu until the cooler months arrive.
