Grape Lassi | Indian Grape Smoothie

  • 1 cup seedless black grapes, chilled
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • ½ cup milk, chilled
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Ice cubes, to serve (optional)
  1. Place grapes in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pass it through a sieve to remove any hard bits.
  2. Place grape juice back in the blender along with sugar, yogurt and milk. Blend until smooth. Top with ice cubes. Serve immediately.
To make this lassi healthier, you can omit sugar. You can also use low fat yogurt and skim milk.
