So I don’t think there’s a better way to enjoy a super quick meal than with this butter chicken pasta.
When it comes to Indian food, butter chicken is my all-time favorite. Nothing can beat this classic, obviously! I love this so much that it has a special place in my monthly menu. I mean, who doesn’t love the tender pieces of chicken in a rich, creamy, vibrant sauce?
I have always been in love with butter chicken, and pasta is a regular on our menu. At some point, I decided to bring these two classics together in an attempt to create the ultimate meal. That day, I added another recipe to my favorite pasta list. Trust me, this is such a delicious combo!
Ok, the recipe starts with making the butter chicken. While the sauce is cooking, boil pasta in a different saucepan. All of the cooking happens at the same time. Now you know how this turned out to be a super quick recipe. When the pasta is cooked, you can transfer it to the butter chicken sauce straightaway. That way, the spaghetti strands won’t stick to each other, and moreover, it’s a total time saver.
Finally, a little parmesan on top, and you are done.
Honestly, this butter chicken pasta is to die for, simply amazing! This is just perfect for a busy weeknight meal or for any day.
- 350 g spaghetti or pasta of your choice
- Butter chicken (Recipe link right below this recipe)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- Coriander (cilantro) leaves, to garnish
- Salt to taste
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Set aside.
- Make butter chicken according to the recipe instructions (recipe link below this recipe).
- Add pasta to butter chicken. Toss well. Heat through. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Garnish with coriander leaves.
